E-Power Aria 35A AM32 Brushless ESC The E-Power Aria 35A AM32 ESC is a compact, versatile brushless speed controller built for beetleweight combat robotics — capable as both a weapon ESC and a drive ESC. Running on AM32 — the open-source firmware successor to BLHeli_32 — the Aria 35A delivers smoother low-speed control, better torque response, and active community development that BLHeli_32, now discontinued, can no longer offer. For builders who want a future-proof ESC in a small, light package, this is the one. E-Power has been manufacturing brushless ESCs and RC electronics since 2007, with CE, ROHS, and FCC certification. The Aria series represents their combat-ready line — mature, well-understood hardware now running the AM32 firmware platform that the combat robotics community has embraced as the standard going forward. At 35A continuous on 3S-6S LiPo in a 32×16mm (1.25×0.64in) package weighing just 8g (0.3oz), the Aria 35A is one of the lightest and most compact options available for beetleweight builds. Forward-only by default, with bidirectional operation available via AM32 Configurator for drive applications. These AM32 ESCs work out of the box, but advanced users can configure their ESC parameters via a programmer like the Pearl Grey ESC Programmer USB-C. Using this ESC as a drive controller does require programming the ESC and setting the mode to bidirectional to allow reverse driving. Need more current headroom for a heavier weapon system? The E-Power Aria 70A AM32 ESC is the next step up. Prefer the established BLHeli_32 ecosystem? The E-Power Aria 35A BLHeli_32 ESC runs identical hardware with BLHeli_32 firmware.
