Clean, Reliable Wiring Without the Soldering Iron FingerTech 6 position mini terminal blocks are the easiest way to make secure, repeatable wiring connections in your combat robot — no soldering required. Whether you’re building your first bot or rewiring after a hard match, these push-wire blocks let you connect, disconnect, and reconnect wires in seconds. They’re the standard wiring solution in all FingerTech Viper Kits for good reason. Each pair includes one red and one black block — positive and negative clearly separated so polarity mistakes are easy to avoid. Each block accepts up to six 18–24 gauge solid or stranded wires, giving you two more connection points than the 4 position version — useful when your power bus needs to feed more components or you want spare positions for future upgrades. The blocks are small and light — only 0.7g each — so they add almost nothing to your bot’s weight or footprint. Rated for 6A continuous and up to 30A burst, they handle the current demands of antweight and beetleweight drivetrains without issue. These blocks are also used in conjunction with the Fingertech Switch and Charge Jack. NOTE: The Viper kit ships with the red and black wires already inserted into the Terminal Blocks — making your initial wiring even faster. Installation Strip insulation back 4–5mm (0.15–0.2in). Twist stranded wires before insertion. Tinning with solder is recommended. Push the wire into one of the six positions until it reaches the stop. If the wire is too big to fit, it can be trimmed with a sharp set of cutters.
