Blitz Pro 2306 Brushless Gearmotor 27:1

$50.4 $63
Blitz Pro 2306 High-Torque Brushless Gearmotor (27:1) The Blitz Pro 2306 Gearmotor (27:1) delivers controlled, high-torque brushless performance for weapon systems and heavy-load mechanisms in beetleweight combat robots. Developed by Just ’Cuz Robotics, this configuration pairs a higher-KV brushless motor with a single-stage 27:1 planetary gearbox to prioritize torque, strength, and survivability under demanding conditions where stalling, shock loads, and back-driving are expected. Unlike high-speed drive gearmotors, the 27:1 Blitz Pro is intended for roles where force matters more than outright RPM. It excels in hammersaws, lifters, actuated weapons, and large-wheel bots where mechanical leverage and sustained load place extreme stress on motors and gearboxes. The single-stage reduction minimizes internal shock transfer and reduces failure modes common in multi-stage designs when subjected to sudden reversals or weapon impacts. Design Priorities High-torque output: Optimized for weapons, hammersaws, lifters, and big wheel bots Impact survivability: Steel gears, billet shaft, dual ball-bearing support Single-stage durability: Fewer failure points under shock and stall conditions Practical voltage flexibility: Designed for reliable 3S–6S operation Efficient power delivery: Brushless design runs cooler under sustained load Back-drive tolerance: Reduced internal stress when mechanisms are forced or stalled This motor is commonly run on 3S through 6S LiPo depending on application. Lower voltages emphasize controllability and mechanical safety, while higher voltages increase available torque and response speed for aggressive weapon systems. The hardened 6mm D-shaft supports direct coupling to hubs, arms, or weapon components—trim the shaft flush when appropriate to avoid exposing it as an impact target. Sensorless brushless performance in high-load applications depends heavily on ESC configuration. Startup behavior, stall recovery, and torque response are primarily determined by ESC firmware and tuning. AM32-based ESCs with appropriate kV settings and startup parameters provide consistent engagement and predictable torque delivery in weapon and actuator roles. Construction is competition-ready throughout: hardened Mod0.4 steel planetary gears, a 6mm alloy-steel output shaft with dual bearing support, and a rigid aluminum housing designed to withstand repeated shock loads common in weaponized systems.
