D2826EVO Brushless 1000KV Combat Robotics Weapon Motor If you’re running a standard D2826 and want more, the D2826EVO is your next motor. The Flashhobby D2826EVO Brushless 1000KV combat robotics motor shares the same 16×19mm mounting pattern as the standard D2826 — so it drops into the same chassis — but brings a redesigned 12N14P stator, 4S capability, and significantly more power to the fight. Why the D2826EVO? At 3S the EVO delivers similar performance to the standard D2826 — but push it to 4S and it’s a different motor entirely. Max power jumps to 292W, max thrust hits 1111g, and max current reaches 18.43A. Flashhobby’s in-house EVO redesign — tighter 12N14P stator configuration, 3.0mm shaft, and a slightly heavier but more robust 55.7g can — is built for builders who need more headroom. Check your design carefully for 4S ESC and battery compatibility before upgrading. You’ll get the motor, four M3×5 mounting screws, a cross mount, and an adapter. Additional mounting options include the Fingertech blade mount for a direct weapon connection, the Fingertech angled motor mount for ease in mounting the motor to the chassis, and Fingertech pulleys and belts for a belt-drive connection to the motor. Note that the EVO’s 3.0mm shaft differs from the standard D2826’s 3.17mm shaft — verify shaft compatibility with your hardware before ordering. ESCs Given the D2826EVO’s higher current draw — particularly at 4S — we’d suggest a 40A ESC as a minimum. Good options include the Flashhobby Aria 40A BLHeli, the Flycolor Francy 2 50A BLHeli for additional headroom, or the E-Power Aria 70A AM32 if you’re running 4S hard and want plenty of overhead. Each robot is different — make sure you match your ESC to the requirements of your design. Specs at a Glance Shaft is 3.0mm diameter × 41mm length with a standard 16×19mm mounting pattern (M3×4 thread). Max current is 18.43A, internal resistance 0.137Ω. Stator configuration 12N14P, stator diameter 22mm × 8mm height. Operating temperature range 0°C–80°C. It’s a tough, no-excuses motor built for the arena.
