Whether you’re assembling a NightWing from scratch, replacing a damaged electronics set, or designing your own custom 3lb horizontal or vertical spinner, this kit gives you everything you need to drive a devastating spinning weapon — motor, ESC, pulley, belt, and hex key included. It pairs directly with the FingerTech NightWing Undercutter Assembly for a complete weapon system. Proven in Competition FingerTech has refined this electronics set over years of competitive combat. It’s the same package powering the NightWing 3lb kit — a robot that’s proven itself on the arena floor repeatedly. The components were chosen to work together as a system, not just as a parts list, so you get reliable, fast spin-ups right out of the box. How It Works The F4006-740KV brushless outrunner motor drives the weapon shaft via a custom 30T S3M timing pulley and a 67T Kevlar-reinforced S3M timing belt. The belt drive keeps off-axis impact forces away from the motor — a critical design choice for a weapon system that takes hits for a living. Power is managed by a 40A AM32 brushless ESC, which delivers smooth throttle response and reliably fast spin-ups whether you’re running 3S or 4S.
