AirCoat pre-atomisation nozzles provide extra fine atomisation even with low inlet air pressure. This is especially important for processingwater- or solvent-based paints. Using a pre-atomisation nozzle allows you to work with less material and air quantity. There issignificantly less overspray and material consumption decreases. Compared to the standard AirCoat nozzle the material is pre-atomiseddirectly at the outer edge of the nozzle. The result: an especially even and soft spray pattern. These nozzles are for use with Wagner AC4500, AC4600, and AC4700 Aircoat guns. These flat jet nozzles enable fine atomisation and can be used for many applications.
