Cold Room (8* 8*20ft) Cold Room has the indigenous capacity to design, fabricate, and manufacture quality morgue/postmortem Cold Storage Rooms, Refrigerated Chill Cabinets, Body Storage Trays, adjustable racking and Stub Roller Systems, and other postmortem process equipment. We provide an end-to-end solution for Cold Room Business Plan; taking your project from design through to manufacturing, supply, and installation in your facility. It comes in a variety of model designs, sizes, and specifications according to each client’s project requirements for the Cold Room Business Plan. Coldroom Construction The room panel will be constructed from foamed-in-place urethane-insulated modular panels that provide high-density rigid insulation. These modular panels are typically 4″ thick (R34) but can also be supplied in 5″ (R42) and 6″(R56) thickness. The urethane-to-metal bond with vinyl gaskets to flanges at an angle of 90 will provide an airtight seal as well as tremendous strength. The insulated panels will be UL-Fire Test Approved and will have a low frame spread rating of 25 or less. We use Italian panel and Swing Door and 304 Grade (18 gauge) stainless steel in morgue fabrication projects. Conditioning Equipment Usually, we mount the Cooling System on the roof of the most constructed morgue. Our Condensing Unit is made up of the condenser (copper), liquid receiver, vibration spring/absorber, lock up valve, solenoid valve and Copeland or Bitzer compressor (Made in Germany), R404 Refrigerant, R22 gases while our evaporator consists of the evaporation coil, heater and evaporation valve with equalizer.
